About

Dr. Locker received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego, one of California's largest and oldest graduate schools for psychologists.

She did her predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships in psychodynamic psychotherapy through Yale University.

Psychological interventions by Dr. Janeen Locker are primarily guided by psychodynamic theory or by cognitive behavioral priniciples. She has been trained in both modalities and may incorporate these interventions exclusively or in combination given the client's presenting concern.
